PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS V2.25

This Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Elite Tech Sales (“Company”) and the individual completing enrollment and payment for the Elite Tech Sales Training Program (“Member”). By checking the box acknowledging these terms and submitting payment, Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the date payment is submitted (“Effective Date”).

1. Program Description & What’s Included

The Elite Tech Sales Training Program includes:

  • Full lifetime access to our proprietary, non-transferable digital training course, course materials, templates, and curriculum.

  • Up to sixty (60) days of live coaching and interview preparation support from the onboarding date, or until Member accepts an employment offer, whichever occurs first.

Live coaching and interview preparation support are contingent upon Member meeting and maintaining coaching eligibility criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”). Format (group sessions, 1:1, asynchronous, or other) and scheduling is at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To maintain access to live coaching and interview preparation support, Member must:

  • Actively network and job-seek at prescribed activity levels.

  • Complete assigned coursework in full.

  • View all required digital course content.

  • Follow coach guidance in good faith.

  • Attend scheduled meetings on time.

  • Maintain professional standards in dress, language, conduct, and behavior.

Failure to meet Eligibility Criteria, exhibit unprofessional conduct, engage in disruptive behavior, or otherwise fail to comply with program requirements may result in termination of live coaching and interview preparation support without refund. This does not affect Member’s continued access to the digital course and materials.

3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Member acknowledges full payment for participation in the program.

  • No refunds will be granted under any circumstances due to immediate access to proprietary course content upon enrollment.

  • By enrolling, Member agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through their financial institution. Such actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action, collection efforts, and liability for related costs, fees, and damages.

  • Any promotions, guarantees, or offers not expressly stated in this Agreement do not apply.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Company does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or specific outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors outside Company’s control, including Member’s background, effort, communication style, market conditions, and participation level.

Active engagement is required, including completion of all coursework, following coach guidance, attending scheduled sessions, networking, and applying program teachings.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All program materials, strategies, and insights are proprietary and confidential. Member agrees not to:

  • Share, copy, or distribute any program materials.

  • Record or redistribute coaching sessions, discussions, or training content.

  • Use program materials to create or assist a competing service.

6. Penalty for Violation.

Any prohibited use or disclosure of materials will result in:

  • A liquidated damages fee of $10,000 per violation,

  • Legal action to recover additional damages,

  • Responsibility for Company’s attorneys’ fees and costs under A.R.S. §§ 12-341 and 12-341.01.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and Member consents to personal jurisdiction therein.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, linked as publicly available Terms of Agreement at checkout, contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
